I visited Orange County Animal Services again this weekend to photograph a great group of dogs. It was incredibly hot, so most of them have their tongues on full display! Speaking of, one of the biggest issues OCAS is tackling right now is preventing animal deaths from hot cars. Leaving any animal in a car can be fatal in a matter of minutes, even with the window cracked. It’s also a crime; you can find out more about what to do if you see a pet left in a hot car here.
You’ll also notice today that I’ve included each dog’s name (provided by the shelter staff) and cage/ID number. If you’d like to adopt any of these sweet dogs, visit OCAS to see them in person. Be sure to check out the other dogs available at Pawsitive Shelter Photography.
